The Berkel MB Countertop Bread Slicer is a high-efficiency, space-saving bread slicer designed for consistent, clean cuts on both soft and hard-crusted loaves. Featuring a 1/3 HP totally enclosed motor, it delivers precise slicing in approximately 8 seconds per loaf, making it ideal for bakeries, delis, and food service establishments.

The MB offers pre-set slice thickness options of 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", or 3/4", ensuring uniform cuts every time. Its special heat-treated alloy carbon steel blades are independently mounted for long-lasting performance and easy replacement. The convenient operator lever starts the slicer automatically, while the front-mounted stainless steel bagging trough and removable scrap pan enhance usability and cleanliness.

Designed for durability and hygiene, the MB features a Sky White polyester powder coat finish with stainless steel food-contact surfaces for easy cleaning. This slicer handles loaves up to 15.5” in length, 8” in width, and 6” in height, providing a versatile solution for slicing various bread types.
